1-1 Is there a limit to the number of pictures I can add to my listing?
No, you can add as many pictures to your listing as you like. 1-2 How do I add my pictures?
After you have filled out the information about your vehicle. You will be taken to the add photo page. There you can add 5 photos. Then if you need to add more just click on the ADD CAR IMAGES to upload more pictures of your vehicle and repeat as needed.
1-3 Why do I keep getting an error message when I try to upload my picture(s)?
The most common problem people have when trying to upload their pictures is, it's too large. When uploading your pictures, make sure pictures are NOT larger then (Height - 500px / Width - 700px). For most cameras, just set it for the smallest file size and you should be OK. |

3-1 Will I be able to post my ad immediately after I register?
Unfortunately no. In order to insure that you have a pleasant experience here with E.C.C.C.. We check all our listings for.
1. Unrelated Content
2. Unsuitable content (adult, vulgarities, hate, or other TOS violations)
3. Duplicate Submission
3-2 I accidently marked my car as SOLD. Can I re-list my ad without have to purchase additional listing credits?
Yes, but only if your listing has been marked as sold before the original expiration date. Simply email us at online.support@eccarconnections.com and we can reactive your listing for you.
WARNING: "WE CAN ONLY RE-LIST IT FOR YOU ONE TIME. OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL LISTING CREDITS".
So please be careful. 3-3 How long will it take before my ad will post?
We try to update our website every 2 to 3 hours, but in certain situations it could take up to 48 hours before your ad would be active.

5-1 Do I need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment ?
No, you do NOT need an account with Paypal. All you need to do is fill out form with your credit card information and that’s it.
